Location
Remote-first. On-site possible in Frankfurt, Hamburg, or elsewhere in Germany.
Availability
Currently accepting new projects. Short-notice starts possible for smaller scopes.
Languages
English (professional), German (B2–C1), Latvian (native).
Engagement types
Hourly, daily, fixed-price project, or ongoing retainer.
Contract
Werkvertrag or Dienstvertrag. Standard NDA accepted. Invoicing with German VAT handling.
Notice period
2 weeks for ongoing engagements. Immediate availability for short-term projects.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Primarily remote. On-site or hybrid engagements are possible in Frankfurt, Hamburg, or elsewhere in Germany with appropriate travel expenses.

What contract types do you work with?

Both project contracts (Werkvertrag) and service/consulting contracts (Dienstvertrag) depending on the scope. I am VAT registered (Kleinunternehmer or with USt-IdNr. depending on billing volume).

Do you work through intermediaries or directly?

Preferably direct with the client or end customer. I can work through staffing agencies or platforms but prefer to keep overheads low and communication direct.

How long are typical engagements?

Anything from a one-week sprint to multi-month engagements. I am available for ongoing retainer arrangements for clients who need continuous development capacity.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, standard NDAs are no problem. I handle client data and codebases with discretion as a matter of course.
